Eric Pinkney has been involved in the Transportation industry in excess of 20 years, including 3 years as the V.P. Finance for AMJ Campbell International.
Mr. Pinkney became CFO of SRG Software, a privately held, Canadian Company providing consulting and integration services based on Windows NT platform. SRG Software was acquired by Financial Models Company Inc., publicly traded on the TSX.
Mr. Pinkney gained international business exposure to corporate turnarounds and management buy-outs, and served as a director of several public companies in the United States, Hong Kong and Chile.
Mr. Pinkney founded Transport Capital Limited (formerly : Strategic M&A Capital Group Inc.) in 2013 with several partners whom have successfully bought, sold and managed companies in various industries, in Canada and the United States.
Mr. Pinkney is pursuing his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation, and has qualified to write the Membership Qualification Examination.
